This is a private online yoga session designed just for equestrians—whether you ride for passion, competition, or connection. In this 60-minute class, we’ll focus on functional strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation to support you in and out of the saddle.

Whether you’re dealing with tight hips, a stiff lower back, anxious energy before a ride, or you just want to feel more balanced in your body—this session is tailored to your goals, body, and riding style.

    This grounding flow helps you find your center and bring balance to your body, mind, and breath before you ride. Perfect for grounding before your next ride or just a quiet moment of connection.
  2. Legs & Hips
    40 min
    Flexibility and mobility are key for riders. This class targets your legs and hips, helping you open up your range of motion for a more connected ride.
  3. Gentle, Calm & Kind
    35 min
    A calming flow for those days when you need to slow down. This sequence focuses on breathing, relaxing, and nurturing your body after a stressful day — both in the barn and in life.
  4. Grace & Fluidity
    45 min
    Fluid movement enhances your riding style. This class brings attention to grace, helping you move with more ease, fluidity, and strength in your riding posture.
  5. Rise & Energize
    30 min
    Start your day with energy and positivity! This quick flow will get your body moving and your mind focused — ideal before you head to the barn or get on your horse.
