This summer, you're invited to slowly and gently return to your body through mindful, accessible yoga, breathwork, and self-inquiry. Whether you’re recovering from injury, burnout, or simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself, Recalibrate offers a soft place to land.

Guided through the arc of Root, Rise, Release, and Radiate, this 3-month program is tridoshic and seasonally aligned—drawing from Ayurvedic wisdom to balance your energy during the heat and busyness of summer. You’ll strengthen without pushing, ground without getting stuck, and open without losing your center.

What’s Included:

  • 🎥 1 live Zoom class per week (12 total across June–August)
    • Gentle, whole-body yoga to support Root → Rise → Release → Radiate
  • 📩 Weekly email with short inspiration or reflection prompt

This is a private online yoga session designed just for equestrians—whether you ride for passion, competition, or connection. In this 60-minute class, we’ll focus on functional strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation to support you in and out of the saddle.

Whether you’re dealing with tight hips, a stiff lower back, anxious energy before a ride, or you just want to feel more balanced in your body—this session is tailored to your goals, body, and riding style.

  • Core and seat stability
  • Shoulder + upper body alignment
  • Breathwork for focus, confidence, and calm
  • Injury prevention + recovery support
  • Pre-show or post-ride decompression
