Hi! I am Alicia. I believe in the transformative power of connecting with both horses and yoga for holistic wellness.
I am a certified 500 and 200-hr yoga teacher and teaching since 2022. I practiced yoga for more than a decade in San Diego before getting my certification through Yoga Renew. Wanting to expand my yoga knowledge I completed a 500-hour yoga teacher program with Yoga, Heart, Mind taught by Jo Tastula and Stu Watkins. I am a Reiki Level II practitioner. I am in an ayurveda mentorship program with Shannon McCall. I completed Grace Space Hypnotherapy program in 2018, and have helped people overcome mindset challenges, body pain, and bad habits. I practice yoga daily on the mat and while I am playing with my horses. I look forward to meeting you and your horse.

Do I need to bring a horse to join?
No, our classes are designed to be in a yoga studio for all levels, whether you're new to riding or an experienced equestrian. Horses will not be part of these classes.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and an open mind.
Are private sessions available with my horse?
Yes, we offer personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals.
