As the seasons change, take time to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body and mind. Our Autumn Flow Vinyasa classes are slower-paced, gentle, and intentional—perfect for healing, easing back from injury, or simply finding balance after a long day.
Each class ends with an extended meditation to leave you feeling grounded, restored, and ready for the cozy rhythm of fall.
